Since February 2022, Tim Waller has been Co-CEO of BABOR Beauty Group - a selection of sustainability focused and market leading skincare brand. As Co-CEO of BABOR Beauty Group, Tim is responsible for global marketing and sales. As the company’s “Group President BABOR & Premium Brands” he is focusing on international growth while consistently building awareness for the brand BABOR. During his time at BABOR BEAUTY GROUP, Tim sustainably built up the brand in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean. Prior to BABOR BEAUTY GROUP, Tim held senior management positions at international divisions of L'Oréal and the Estée Lauder Companies.
