Sergio Herz is the CEO of Cultura, in charge of the group’s expansion process, with the acquisition of Fnac Brazil and Estante Virtual (e-commerce marketplace platform), both in 2017. Sergio is Member of the Board of the Brazilian E-commerce Chamber, Member of the Board of FECOMÉRCIO Committee (Federation for Brazilian Retail) and VP of IDV (Institute for Retail Development). He has also invested in three startups being a member of the Board of those companies. Sergio has a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from FAAP, MBA from BSP/SP University of Toronto and PMD – IESE from Navarra University.
