Roman Poludnev is the Sales Director of Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS) business. As Honeywell Sales Director, Roman leads PSS’ growth strategies and operational performance across META, focusing on delivering double-digit growth across the region. As part of his role, Roman is responsible for implementing a cohesive strategy with strong commercial discipline to execute on business plans related to productivity, people, innovation that serves myriad key vertical sectors. Roman joined Honeywell in 2006 and held several positions across various businesses including Honeywell Process Solutions. In 2015 Roman moved to Honeywell Scanning and Mobility as Territory Director for Russia. Most recently, Roman served as the Sales Director in MERTA where he drove growth and performance improvements across PSS. Prior to Honeywell, he worked in TNK-BP Oil and Gas Company as IT Engineer in Russia.
