Mary Homer has been Chief Executive Office of The White Company since 2017 and is a leading industry advocate for women in business. The White Company has transformed under Mary’s leadership driving outstanding growth while prioritising culture and operational excellence. Mary’s industry expertise has been honed over 30 years with Top Shop, with the last 10 as Managing Director, she was Patron of the British Fashion Council for the same period. Mary is also a Board Trustee and Director of the Henley Festival, a non-profit organisation dedicated to celebrating the best of UK and international music and arts, and in support of the RISE programme – an initiative to give the next generation the support and opportunity to succeed. Alongside her CEO role Mary chairs Women Supporting Women at The Princes Trust. A vital fundraising initiative which helps young women who face disadvantage and adversity to transform their lives to get back into jobs, self-employment or training.
