Ann Summers is a British multinational retailer company specialising in sex toys and lingerie, with 80 high street stores in the UK, Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Originally joining Ann Summers as a commercial consultant in July 2018, Maria was appointed Joint Managing Director in February 2019 and sole Managing Director in February 2022. In July of 2023, it was announced she would step into the role of CEO. Maria has transformed the business, leading the successful delivery of the brands business strategy; improving product, channel experience, tech led transformation, corporate social responsibility, and colleague experience, driving both current and future commercial growth.
