Lauren Stephenson

Customer Success Director, Fabacus

A retail, brand management and licensing professional having operated in the consumer products, services and tech industry across multiple sectors including fashion, lifestyle sports and food & beverage for over 10 years. Lauren started her career at PUMA in London and later at the global at HQ in Germany, which took her into the world of brand licensing where she joined TLC (The Licensing Company Ltd), to be acquired by Global Brands Group PLC and evolved to become CAA Brand Management. This brand management agency became the largest licensing agency worldwide, operating 24 offices with a portfolio of leading brands in various sectors (then including David Beckham, Jennifer Lopez, Formula One and Hersheys). Focussing on Emerging Markets, Lauren moved to Dubai where she focussed on distribution and licensing opportunities with brands including Joe’s Jeans, Kendall & Kylie and Jelly Belly. The evident complexity within the licensing landscape and consequent fragmented data meant that when Lauren discovered Fabacus and their vision to resolve significant challenges within the retail and licensing space, she joined the business in 2019 to support drive growth and spearhead Customer Success.
