Joanne Bou Jawad is the Group Head of Customer Engagement at Majid Al Futtaim, one of the region's largest real estate and retail conglomerates. Joanne leads the agenda for driving customer lifetime value and growth through personalized customer engagement strategies that move away from point-in-time marketing. Her focus is on cultivating long-term relationships with high-value, high-potential customers across the board. Joanne supports the businesses within Majid Al Futtaim set strong marketing, content & communications strategies while enabling them on Customer Value Management frameworks, strategies, data requirements, tools and processes. Additionally, Joanne oversees the Group's Customer Care strategy, Martech Programmes, and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to her current role, Joanne held leadership positions at OpenSooq, iMENA Group, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Namshi.com.
