Jenny Wilson-Hooper MBA MSc is a Senior Lecturer and Retail Management Consultant based in Dubai. She has been a key member of the teaching team at the Fashion Business School, London College of Fashion for over ten years, specialising in Retail Strategy, Operations and Leadership. Prior to academia, she was initially introduced to retail through various management and talent acquisition roles in the UK, working with a number of key premium and luxury brands. Spanning several locations including South Africa, China and Europe, she now combines her global industry and academic experience to also offer research, training and consulting across the UAE and UK. Here in Dubai, Jenny is also affiliated with both PwC'S Training Academy and Istituto Marangoni, the Dubai School of Fashion and Design. Her current PhD research focuses on new phygital strategies and the effect on organisational structure within a luxury retailing context in the UAE.
