Jaume Miquel is Chairman and CEO of Tendam, one of the top names in the European fashion sector, specialising in brand management in the premium mass market segments, which currently has ten own brands: Women’secret, Springfield, Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Hoss Intropia, Slowlove, High Spirits, Dash and Stars, OOTO and Fifty.

Jaume boasts extensive experience in the textile sector. He was Managing Director of Women'secret for ten years, combining this role with his responsibilities as Managing Director for Cortefiel and Pedro del Hierro. He previously served as Head of Southern Europe and Member of the European Steering Committee at Timberland and European Communication Director for Dockers – Levi Strauss.

He was a professor on the Master’s in International Retail and the International MBA Exchange Programme at the University of Pompeu Fabra for two years, and was an assistant professor of Commercial Strategy at Ramón Llull University in 1995.

Readers of Modaes voted Miquel “Personality of the Year” in 2017 in recognition of his outstanding performance in steering the company in a new direction.

In December 2019, Forbes Magazine named him “Man of the Day” following the incorporation of the Hoss/Intropia brand into the Tendam portfolio.

Jaume holds a Degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and completed an Executive Training Programme in Business Administration through the IESE Business School.
