In my over seventeen-year career, I have gone through many levels of the organizational structure in my family's cosmetic company, INGLOT. Thanks to this, I was able to get to know most areas of the manufacturing company, which has its own sales channels and global B2B distribution channels. I started working in production processes, then moved through sales and support departments, ultimately advising the company's management. I created, developed, and managed the E-Commerce and PR and Marketing departments, which are currently leading units in the company. In 2023, I was appointed as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Inglot Sp. z o.o. Due to the nature of my work, I gained experience in strategic development and project management. I possess skills in planning, analysis, and negotiation, which, in addition to my professional experience, are based on completed bachelor's and master's studies at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw (Enterprise Economics), as well as two internships in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at PwC. Besides my knowledge of the beauty market, I have experience in wholesale and retail trade, online sales, marketing, consultancy, and business development processes.
