With 33 years of experience in operations and engineering, Dave has enhanced his reputation as an action-oriented operations thought leader in sportswear. His direct responsibilities include eleven interconnected functions from product development, global planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics through to final delivery. Dave also has a common thread of broader company ambitions including sustainable solutions for the global environment, deeper understanding of consumer insights, and fuelling overall brand excitement. In Dave's six years at NB, he played a key role in achieving 2x revenue and 4x profitability growth. This success allowed for significant reinvestment in new capabilities, including a state-of-the-art Sports Research Lab, doubling footwear manufacturing output, and substantial digital transformation investments. Dave had the “privilege” of navigating the brand through the COVID supply chain complexities and leading retail to the best NB track record over three years.
