Colleen Caslin is an accomplished C-level executive professional in the global fine jewellery luxury retail industry serving in executive, positions. She has acquired her fine jewelry expertise in the US and in Europe working with top tier global brands such as: Jessica McCormack Ltd., Verdura, Belperron, Graff USA, Seaman Schepps, Asprey & Garrard, Chaumet, Paris and Tiffany & Company.  

Colleen’s focus is strategic business planning, driving sales and profitability for renowned fine jewellery luxury brands, brand development and marketing. Currently she serves in the role of CEO of Jessica McCormack Ltd. in London. The 2017 significant growth at Jessica McCormack was led by Colleen who initiated the restructuring of the business doubling sales in ten months with a 76% production capacity increase in bespoke and core sales. 

She previously held the title of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Verdura, Belperron, GRAFF USA and Seaman Schepps. 

Prior to her COO roles, Colleen was Vice President of Marketing and Communications of Movado Group (Ebel, Concord, ESQ, Coach, Lacoste, Juicy Couture, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss), and Asprey & Garrard as Senior Vice President of Marketing.  

Ms. Caslin was employed by Tiffany & Co. as Senior Buyer and later Chaumet, Paris, as VP of Wholesale North America both Investcorp companies.  

Ms. Caslin is a Board of Directors of Women’s Voices for Change.  

Colleen Caslin earned a BS degree in Marketing and Business from St. John University, NY , an AAS from Fashion Institute of Technology, NY. and a graduate gemologist from the G.I.A. 

She is the scholarship recipient to Georgetown University.
