With over 25 years in luxury retail, Benjamin joined DFS as Region President Asia North in 2011, then re-joined as Chairman and CEO in 2020. Under his leadership, DFS unveiled an ambitious plan to establish DFS Yalong Bay - a world-class luxury destination in Sanya, Hainan, China, by 2026. As President of Sephora Asia (2017-2020), Benjamin drove innovation and expanded Sephora's footprint in Asia, particularly in China - nearly doubling Sephora Asia's size. In 2002, Richemont invited him to lead Van Cleef & Arpels Asia Pacific, where he positioned the brand as a premier jewellery maison and expanded its retail presence across nine countries.
