Chief Digital Officer, Majid Al Futtaim - Retail

Arun Chandra Mohan is the Chief Digital Officer at Majid Al Futtaim Retail and was appointed in August 2022 to lead the company’s eCommerce and in-store operations including customer experience, profitability, innovation and operational excellence.

His 19 years’ experience in the digital sector includes his most recent role as Chief Digital Officer for Bata Brand, where he built and the digital business across 35 countries. Prior to that, he was Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jabong, a leading multi-brand fashion e-commerce platform in India, acquired by Walmart in 2016.

Arun holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s in International Business from the University of Applied Science in Germany, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College in India.
