How do I meet the people I want to meet?

There is over 13 hours of dedicated networking time specifically carved into the agenda to ensure you have meaningful conversations with the right people. There are also a number of curated activities and events that create a relaxed, fun environment for you to meet new people and re-engage with existing contacts. These include the Welcome Drinks Reception; Sky Party; Woman In Retail Reception; Private meeting ‘pods’; The dedicated networking app that is launched 3 weeks before TRS2024 for all registered attendees. All these activities are part of the ticket price

What is included in my ticket price?

  • Access to +35 individually curated sessions with the industry’s most awe-inspiring speakers
  • All refreshments across the 2 days, including 3 refreshment breaks and a hot buffet lunch. Also a selection of drinks are provided at the welcome reception and the Sky Party. All dietary requirements catered for upon written request

Is there an event networking app and how can I access it?

There certainly is! A bespoke, tailored TRS app will be live 3 weeks before the Summit. This will allow all registered attendees to see and contact fellow attendees, as well as create their own bespoke itinerary, view the agenda and read about the speakers.

Can I get reduced rates at hotels and flights?

Absolutely! We are currently negotiating with a number of local hotels to bring registered attendees special rates. We’ll let you know the details upon registering and confirming your place.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Unfortunately not, as per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you can transfer across to an alternative future event.
