Marcella Wartenbergh has been appointed as CEO of AWWG (previously Pepe Jeans Group) last September 2019. With this election, the company searches in Marcella’s extensive experience a brand-new approach to a younger public in line with the new consumer trends reinforcing the digital channel.
About her previous experience, Marcella Wartenbergh worked in the fashion sector almost since her beginnings, having several direction and management position in the Group PVH (Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger) acquiring invaluable experience in the luxury. At the Global level, she worked as Calvin Klein Chief Global Merchandising Officer & Global Licensing, being responsible of the brand vision worldwide. Before this position she developed the Brand Management of Calvin Klein in Europe and performed as CEO of PVH in Mexico, her home country, organizing 500 point of sales and 32 stores, being responsible for the full process: logistics, brand, product and consumer engagement. Before moving to Mexico, she run the divisions for Womenswear Tommy Hilfiger Globally and Kids.
She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration by the Universidad Iberoamericana and she speaks English, Spanish and Dutch.
