About Time Out Market
In 1968, at his mother's kitchen table, Tony Elliott founded Time Out, a magazine presenting the best things to do in London. From that table to our current slate of 315 cities, Time Out has become the No. 1 media brand that helps people discover the unmissable in their cities.
In 2014, the first physical Time Out experience was honed inside a beautiful old Lisbon market. Unbiased editors curated the space into a culinary and cultural epicenter called Time Out Market—"the best of the city under one roof." The concept became one of the country's top attractions and has now expanded to other hip cities with hungry audiences, like New York, Miami, Boston, Chicago and Montreal.
